It's teasel time

First day of summer? Well probably not, suspect there might be some rain involved, just as there's already been sun.

Took a walk down the river this afternoon just to bask in the sun while it was still there. The river banks were crowded with teasels, thistles and wotnot all with a similar idea. This spikey wee fella was doing his damnedest to get a tan. Dangerously close to pulling a thistle-muscle or something.

(Not a thistle, I know that.)
