Monday 23 July 2012: Missed opportunity
The reward for all our hard work on archiving the Olympics in The National Archives was some complimentary tickets for a rehearsal of the Olympic opening ceremony. Alas we found out too late for me to arrange things so I could go - so this fleeting grasp of the ticket for a blip was the closest I could get.
