Tuesday 24 July 2012: Standing and Sitting Room
I have a new desk! Someone was moving offices and getting rid of their old standing desk. It is a very POSH spring loaded affair that allows you to either sit or stand. Just pull a handle and move it to the right position.
Everyone in the office is laughing at me but I don't care. I survived the taunts when I got the kneeling chair so I can handle it.
I simply don't see why I should have to spend the next 20 years sitting down just because I work on computers - the body can't take it!
