Witaminss

We have a friend who had a bar in Belgium; she used to collect the empty bottles from the tables and neck the dregs, including the yeasty sediment.

As she said to Meles, "Witaminss..."

When M is away in foreign parts, working, I think she sometimes worries about my diet. Not without reason. :/

I find it hard to summon the enthusiasm to cook for one, so quite often it's out of a packet.

Plenty of vitamins in this gorgeous ripe tomato, though...
