Thursday 4 December 2008: Beef Casserole And Dumplings ...
Eric prepared the casserole for tonights tea as my wrist is still slightly painful, but I did manage to make some dumplings.
Eric has been taught by my physio how to put my slight dislocations back into the right place on my wrist throughout the day. He says he doesnt like doing it because it causes me some pain, but I told him its not his fault and they say "No pain no gain".
It is also a little hard to take mre than a couple of photographs at the moment so I just took this photograph of the casserole Eric made.
It is also a little hard to type with this brace on at the moment, but I will to do some commenting, as I do miss doing so.
