The Mount vineyard, Shoreham, Kent

Our local vineyatd opened to the public this weekend at the beginning of English Wine Week

. It is 10 minutes by car and One and half hours walk across beautiful countryside from home. We walked there so we could enjoy a bottle or two of their lovely wine, sitting in their courtyard surrounded by vineyards.

It took us two and half hours to walk back and it was very exhausting in the heat.
