Carn Perfedd

Warm, breezy and hazy this morning. Time for a run along lovely lanes, quiet tracks, bracken and nettle filled footpaths and through the gorse up to the top of Carn Perfedd and a great view over the St Davids peninsula.

On the agenda today: cathedral, walk, beach and fish and chips. Not forgetting the compulsory swim in the sea.

Olympics starting tomorrow! I'm excited but out here seems as far as can be away from all that...
