A full day; to the supermarket; then football / swimming (she surprised me by turning up at the pool as I was getting Alex in for his lesson; made me smile)
Then home to mine for lunch - she brought the last of the tomato / basil . chilli soup with some decent bread; she hung about to sunbathe; me and the boys took an hour at the school summer fair - not very interesting; then we took her home, a brief final fling around Hidden Door and then some cycling around the block at the end of the world.

After that it was all we could do to cook some rice to go with the meatballs & goulash sauce.
