WILD STALKS

seen in a field, for the Wild Wednesday challenge. Thanks to Cailleach for hosting.
A beautiful day again. In the afternoon we drove to Langenthal and from there walked, first through the fields, and then we followed paths in the forest, and with a big bow we returned to the village.
In the pond in Langenthal I saw damselflies and dragonflies. Managed even to take pictures of a resting dragonfly, half with one shoe in the water, but helas, there was not one sharp image.

My haiku:

The wind softly made
The stalks bow and bow again
Sweetest symphony

And the proverb:

Tace is Latin for a candle.

(Tace is the Latin for 'Be silent'. The saying is a hint to keep silent about something)

1676 Shadwell, Virtuoso.
