The Keppler Brothers

Not far from my house is this interesting front yard art work by the Keppler Brothers.

The name on the side of the rowboat reads "Monet."

As for the answer to the "mystery blip" from August 25th - the "donut holes" were cut from ostomy surgical supplies, which must be cut to fit the patient.
