Archie at the Beach

Today, Archie had a chilled out morning while his mum and dad got the shopping in, which was much needed!

In the afternoon, it was quite windy, but the sun was out. He said he wanted to explore at the beach, so he dragged his mum and dad to Yellowcraigs in East Lothian.

He loved the sand, and had lots of new smells and people to be introduced to. Countless people, again, shouted "aww, look at the puppy" as he trotted along. When at the water, he wasn't sure what to do at first, but on seeing other dogs (including his cousin Jack, who decided to come down and supervise the shenanigans), he was straight in and was underwater like a water baby.

In true Scottish summer tradition, after scorching sun shine, the heavens opened and it was torrential rain. A run back to the car, and then the sun came out again.

But, rain or no rain, Archie enjoyed his day at the beach. As you can see, he loved running about and throwing his front paws up so he could splash all the puddles.

Now for an evening of sleeping, to catch up on all the lost energy.
