What's the story morning glory

Spreading shaft of light
Races along the boundary
Playing shouting soon

This morning as I walked to my classroom I noticed the sky was very light and on investigating found this scene.  It's the boundary fence between us and a row of neighbours.  There used to be all big trees along this fence line but the two at the end had a severe topping and never recovered.  This is at 7.41am.
