Friday 27 July 2012: Airport Art #2
It's not just SFO that has a public art gallery but we had a stop over for a few hours in Schipol, Amsterdam on the way back.
A more traditional art gallery with a small but excellent exhibition.
I think it's a great way of sharing your culture. People passing through may not have time to explore outside the airport. They might, just like us, have a connection and that's all.
Makes a fab change from being herded into shops.
Window shopping for the mind and soul rather than the wallet.
