Saturday 28 July 2012: Bridge over Dash Beck, Bassenthwaite.
Knew that we were going to spend most of the day driving home, so took this early shot of The Sun Inn and the beck before we left (can recommend the food and the beer in the pub having eaten there 3 times this week!). Definitely won't leave it another 40 years before we go back to the Lakes! No real hold ups on the journey home, but still took 7 hours; thank goodness for take-away curries!
