Skiing

Sunday skiing. Means getting up at 6.45. away by 7.30, there at 8.45, in lessons at 9. For Adam.

For me the routine is the same, except the lessons. Think instead several nice coffees, before leisurely taking to the slopes at 10.30. Which was required today. Soooo tired, would rather not have gone, but it was good to have.

I think the same for Adam. Lessons didn't go well, very park focussed, rather than "ride the mountain". I think we'll try to change, as it's demotivating him.

With the wind picking up, and the snow not being that flash, we called it a day and headed home at 1.30. The afternoons task to get my media centre/computer running again so we can record the Olympics. In NZ, we have no official EPG (electronic programming guide), but 1.5 hours later we had it sorted, with the he help of some software.

And now it's time to get ready for a few days away, and an early night ...

Oh, yes, the ski areas need more snow. Dump coming to the south island this week, hopefully!
