Shooting stars

or are they just sattelites......?

Actually they are neither. I was playing about with the zoom, photograhing the lights on the christmas tree at my brother in laws work's Christmas party.

Happened to end up sitting next to Trudy who had taken a few photography courses. Was thinking of doing one next year actually but now it looks like I might be doing a postgraduate course through work so I won't have enough time. Maybe my priorities are all wrong. Maybe I'll use the money I would have spent on the course on a new VR lens.....
