Goan Sea Bass Curry

It's not quite teatime yet.  This is going in the oven. Another possible blip for this week's food challenge.  And the extra is my husband's collection of very very sharp handhewn Japanese kitchen knives. Everyone who visits asks how they stay on the board. Clever isn't it?  There is a magnetic strip inside the block of wood.
