A change to our routine today.
We've been to a Market in a lovely local port called Mogan today. Plenty of tat was bought ;) Sunglasses & a wooden frog for Nate, a school bag for Anya & gifts for Anya's friends, and a gift for my mum.
It was a lovely place named 'Little Venice', not quite but it was very picturesque.

Back to the pool for the afternoon where I had the obligatory kip on the sun lounger whilst Anya played with her new friends, and Mr B & Nate threw a ball to each other in the pool! Anya has always been the water baby, Nate not so much. We used to have a very bad time getting Nate into the pool at swimming lessons and it ended in Mr B carrying him out of the changing rooms in only his pants (Nate that is, not Mr B) & taking him home, never to return! However, this holiday, Nate has no fear! Jumping in the deep end, doggy-paddling himself around the pool, annoying his sister & playing with his daddy! He has loved it!

The evening was the kids disco, bingo & karaoke! Nope, I didn't dance, I didn't win on the bingo & I didn't sing on the karaoke!
I was gutted to miss the Olympics opening ceremony, but I've watched some highlights & it looks fabulous. I can't wait to get home & watch it properly. It makes you proud to be British doesn't it?!

Btw, this is Nate's second football. The first one had two trips over a wall, which Mr B rescued both times, and ended up through an open window in a half finished apartment never to be seen again. Let's see how long this one lasts!
