Canadian Cedar-Planked Salmon II

It has been nearly two years since I did cedar-planked salmon on the BBQ. Far too long as it was delicious! The wee salmon sliders (mini-burgers) were good, too, but the cedar-planked Atlantic salmon from Cedar Bay Grilling in Nova Scotia (a new product and vendor to our supermarket) was amazing. Good thing we have another in the freezer and bought two more today. One plank is enough for both Linda and I and at $4 is a very good deal and a yummy, low-fat meal. This one was the Applewood, Ginger & Orange flavour.
