Champagne Moment...Not!
I just had a ham sandwich and a nice glass of Rioja, but this selection of bottles beside me took me back to the very happy days when I worked for a year with Moet & Chandon, Veuve Cliquot, and Mercier between Paris, Reims and Epernay in the lead up to the 'Millennium Moment'. Would have produced some bubbly blips, don't you think!
