Cowboys and Indians...

These cowboys and indians, and the fort, are over 40 years old! They may actually be 50 years old as they belong to GravyC's oldest brother who is almost 59. They have lasted well. Noo spent much of the day setting up battles on Nanna's living room floor.

GravyC and I went out for a run together, my longest for some time (only 7.5 miles). My foot seems to have coped reasonably well.

We refuelled with one of Nanna's roast dinners which actually induced a coma in my case and reluctantly came home in time to start another week of 'daily grind'.
