Monday 30 July 2012: Lovely day!
Had a great day out today at Hever Castle with Julia S and her beautiful children. Despite the dark clouds the weather was perfect and the kids especially enjoyed getting soaked at the water maze!
For anyone disappointed with the Olympics results so far, I don't suppose it'll help if I remind you that it was forty-six years ago today that England won the World Cup? It was also forty-six years ago today that a much less momentous event occurred - I was born! Apparently 46 is quite an interesting number but that doesn't make me feel much better!
