Tuesday 31 July 2012: Car counting
Well the trams are affecting us. With the closure of York Place all the cars are now coming down our road onto Broughton Street.
Seems like the council are wondering what affect this might have on the road as they have now decided to count the number of cars that are coming down the road. You would have thought that they could have done this on the road they closed, before deciding to our road and the main alternative.
Does this mean that they are thinking of changing their mind and using another route instead or are they thinking that more traffic could be put down the road. Who knows. I'm not even sure that the council does.
