200 youth today in their hoodies, within two weeks these graduates will be practicing as doctors!

Advice to self
Celebrate whenever you have something to celebrate.
The fruits of hard work, the promise of  this generation, family, freedom, safety, life, the sun rising, the sun setting (when you notice), a new born baby, grans, mum and dad, brothers, friends, a dog who loves you(or two), good cheese, a glass of beer, a run, a ride, love, more cheese.
Celebrate when you can, don't let the wonder of the world pass by unnoticed, some days the memory of beauty will be what sustains you.
