Tuesday 31 July 2012: Sufi Kat
Dragged myself away from the Olympic swimming coverage to practice tai chi in the last of the evening sunshine.
Mr Kat has taken to watching me when I practice. I had thought he was just bored and a bit perplexed as to what I was up to, especially when I start waving around the spear. However in the past few days he seems to have decided to join in and now I'm thinking he me be the reincarnation of some ancient chinese master who is trying to give me some advice.
Tonight he seemed to be pointing out that I kept getting my feet on the wrong position. As for my cat stance? Well, he just flicked the tip of his tail in disgust!
