Party central

Another crazy hot day today which resulted in another relatively lazy day. I did wash the kitchen and dining room floor and do some laundry but other than that I just melted. 
I did however go out and take some shots of the nesting house martins. the one I have featured is feeding time but in extras I have put 'escape from the house'.
this evening sis and I headed to my aunt and uncles house for a birthday party. My uncle is 78 today and my other aunt is 69 so we had a joint celebration. A fab time had, mainly because the three grandkids kept us busy! 
I'm glad I'm home :-) I missed all these occasions when I was out in NZ
