Tuesday 9 December 2008: Mushroom risotto
Not a great photo but this was our tea tonight...
The final dish was served with spinach, halloumi and freshly grated parmesan but this picture was taken before any of that was added. It was still cooking, as you can tell from the steam and the bubbling round the edge of the pan.
Whatever it looks like, it was delicious (though I say so myself). Risotto and paella are two of my favorite quick dishes to cook.
