Capstan

This is the anchor chain and capstan at the bow of the Brummer - the chain links are about the length of my forearm and thicker !

The Brummer is a light cruiser, but I'd say light is a relative term! The deck has peeled apart so it's possible to see down into the third deck level. Lovely dive, followed by a drift on one of the blockships
