Effort and reward

Went to Ambleside to do our favourite walk - not particularly long or high, but up Wansfell and down the gentler slope on the other side, a nice pint sitting in the beer garden of a three hundred year old pub and then the gentler walk back across the lower shoulder of the hill to Ambleside. This is the steep climb up Wansfell and a humorous advert outside the pub.
