Eureka 3
'Eureka!', we cried when the paper came through the door saying we had something to collect from the post office, sent from Australia.
Our very good friend Helen (she of the carrot topping) with whom we spent a month in Belem sent some goodies to celebrate DD's birthday and to consolidate our knowledge about Egypt. This was the third exchange of goodies around the globe and the cry of 'Eureka!' has met all three! Old pleasures are so often the best and parcels in the post are up there with the best of them!
Too bad that the planned reunion in Belem for January has been postponed for a year as the school has rescheduled the course, but we can work out another way to get together before then, I'm sure.
So, thanks, Helen, for these thoughtful treasures that have arrived safely!
