A Blip of Fruit...

We had a few hours of fruit and veg prep for the home. we were presented with about 2 weeks worth and had tasks ranging from de-stringing beans, through to de-greening raspberries, and scooping out the middle from would-be passionfruit... that's what this photo is of! It looks a bit nasty but tastes really good when it's turned into juice!
