Fruits Of The Tree Of Knowledge

Several years ago, Mum gave us a miniature apple tree. It's the same variety they have in the courtyard at the British Library and is called the Tree of Knowledge. Last year we moved it to the opposite side of the garden, as it was so overshadowed by the firs. Our reward this year has been this crop of apples - it's hardly ever fruited before.
Biblical advice notwithstanding, these look too good to waste - plans are afoot for an apple, gooseberry and elderflower crumble.
