Saturday 4 August 2012: Acton Burnell Castle

A view up inside one of the towers at Act0n Burnell Castle - visited today for a hasty look round while a thunderstorm rolled inexorably closer. It's free to visit and worth a look, although it can only be reached via country roads that don't quite correspond to what is in the atlas, so it can be harder to find than expected..
