Sorry, not a photo from me but a friend who painted her little cat in this square frame. Lovely, isn't it?

I wanted to give this to Emily who was contacted again to submit her passport and was later informed that a post was dispatched today. So we pray for the visa (only a temporary sticker, technically) to arrive safely soon.

Anyway, believe it or not, 18th August (8.18 in the Chinese format of date) is a perfectly lucky number combination as the number 8 (bā in Chinese) pronounces similar to word fortune (fā in Chinese).
