Portland is a building site, everywhere you go, eastside, westside, makes no difference.  I couldn't do a true street corner shot as the corner and sidewalk were closed due to the massive construction of these new apartments.  Everywhere is like this right now, a simple walk for a few blocks is impossible, diversions, sidewalks closed, etc.  The three of us were stood up for our 10:30 a.m. meeting here, oh well, at least I got a blip out of it.
