Tintin in Morocco

The minute the Olympics were over, more adventures were to be had by Tintin and crew.

Professor Calculus was looking for the rare dinosaur spinosaurus and knew that he might find one in Morocco.  Well of course Tintin and Captain Haddock came along but really, if you want to find bones, who better to enlist the aid of than Snowy, Hamish and Poppy.  The spinosaurus bone has an essential ingredient for a formula the Professor is making which has the effect on the ingestee of causing no need of oxygen for one hour.  It also has a side effect of making the person heavier and so could have useful applications for deep sea diving.  Just imagine, no diving bell needed.   Tintin always thought the diving bell messed up his hair.

Anyway, the dogs of course found the spinosaurus in next to no time but goodness, Captain Haddock seems to have got himself caught in quicksand.  Wouldn’t you think Thomson and Thompson would have warned him or Tintin for that matter.  Ten thousand blistering barnacles and Great Snakes rang out all over the desert.

The dogs of course formed a chain and pulled him out saving the day yet again.  Sometimes, I wonder what they would do without those dogs.
