Lanercost Priory

A lovely day for a trip to Lanercost Priory up near Hadrian's Wall. Another victim of Henry VIIIth but luckily a lot remains. 

The priory has connections to Edward I who spent time there before his death. Fascinating information to take in whilst exploring.
