Tuesday 7 August 2012: Bakery Lane
Petersfield has done a great job of tidying up an old corner of the town. Bakery Lane now has various shops, barbers and restaurant, and these two colourful shops on the corners. You don't have to be a chocoholic to shop at Cocoa Moon, but it helps. You can have a delicious hot chocolate sitting outside too. On the right, the clapboarding is The Blacksmith's Daughter, a little florist selling unusual items for the home and garden as well as your bouquets. It's a real pleasure to walk down here now, even on a grey day like today.
