Wednesday

Coming out of counselling tonight and the sun had a tiny bit of colour in it. So I got a few awful shots and came home. I left at 8.50pm and had been in since 6.30pm. I had had no tea and I was tired. That's my excuse for a crap blip!

So now, I am exhausted, tired from crying so much, can't be bothered having/making some tea, so a slice of toast it is and then bed.
