Beached

Not as warm as it has been but it was dry at least, and thus we hit the beach, and stayed there again for almost as long as the tide would allow us. This time we were armed with bodyboards and inflatables which kept the kids amused in the sea for hours.

More importantly, Mrs G and I allowed ourselves the rare dietary treat of having a good old proper Devonshire cream tea on the beach, which lasted all of 5 minutes in total, but the mere thought of which kept us going for hours too.

Just noticed there's sand in my iPad case as I write this... But I didn't even take it to the beach. How exactly DOES that happen?
