Scott's Story

Stirling 10k

Enjoyable and well organised Stirling10k and Stirling2k on Sunday morning. Perfect conditions for a run around our city.
Set a personal target for the 10k of under 45 minutes which I knew was achievable but it also meant I needed to push out of my comfort zone and challenge myself to maintain a target running pace that would help me achieve my goal.

Finished exactly on 44 minutes so just like in business and also in life, goals can be reached by setting targets along the way which usually mean pushing out of your comfort zone and challenging yourself to do better.

The photo is Stirling Provost Mike Robbins starting the 2k race.
