BUTTERNUT SQUASH GLUT!!!

I love butternut squash....at the moment...but last year only 1 of the 5 plant grew so this year The Rev grew 10 plants.....9 grew and all the plants have 2/3 on each!!!!
Tonight was recipe 1....BnS and feta tart. It was delicious.

259/366....a chance to be mentally blown away yet again by another evening watching the Paralympics. Especially touched by the story of Alex Zanardi.
