Bright tree

Not quite a burning bush, but this lovely just-turning-autumnal tree fairly stood out among the dark of the surrounding forest this dreich afternoon. This photo, taken from the old road at Benmore Gardens, looking across the present road into the car park, was about the cheeriest thing I saw this afternoon. 

At least the rain had gone off again ...
