The swan coaching

The rowing newbies were all attracted by the swan couples when they passed by and slowed down.

A busy day as one colleague was off and another one left earlier. So I ran up and down, in and out to make sure all the tasks in good operation - the stand service, the induction talks, the telephone calls, the emails...

The last induction talk was at 16.40, really a time that the newbies (PGCE) could have broken their nerves. But I heard the smiles and applause in the end.
