Lettovers

A long long day at work that started early and ended late with a staff meeting and a room meeting. And I still keep saying "It's so nice to be back 'home'" after the long prac.
I've been away from my team for 7.5 weeks in the last 2.5 months and we are feeling it. Shared an analogy tonight of likening our team to a mode of transport. I feel like we are in a rowing boat, all rowing furiously...in different directions. I'm not sure it went down all that well but at least it opened the conversation. Any advice for team building gratefully accepted :)
