Friday 10 August 2012: Power Broker

We were elated to see our utility company be so responsive to our needs. They and our electrician had power on within 20 hours after the neighbor's tree fell and destroyed our electrical box and high wire connections. I've lived in many impoverished places around the world that had limited or non-existent electrical services and because of this I've never taken the access to power for granted.
