Saturday 11 August 2012: Cantillon kriek
I compared the 2011 and 2012 vintages of Cantillon kriek lambic beer. Both were brilliant, nicely dry and sour. The newer one had more carbonic acid and it had a stronger cherry aroma and flavour.
