Dawn Landing

Not quite the first flight of the day but certainly the first arrival at sunrise. 

There were joggers on the path behind me but I was delighted when this girl came along the beach and stopped to watch the plane.

I took another few shots as the plane passed over but its so low (and noisy) coming in to land its not for the faint hearted.

I could see the pilot's eyes and his lips moving. I think he was just asking me what shutter speed I was using!
