Saturday 11 August 2012: Foodfest....
.....a rare weekend at home and the sun was shining (again). Plans for a grand tourismo of the city centre were altered when Cat gave us a couple of tickets to the Foodies Festival down at Inverleith Park. We met up with Aunty Mo and Jacob, newly returned from their holiday in Corsica.
After much grazing on tasty foods and drinks, I dropped Owen off at Ethan's for his sleepover. Nancy and I then ventured up to the EICC to see Alan Davies. I'm a fan of his QI stuff, but found his stand-up a bit disappointing.
