Green-veined White

Just time to squeeze in another butterfly before heading down to West Berkshire, it was a choice between this back garden Green-veined White and a Gatekeeper out on the moor.

We've worked out that yesterday's Small Copper was our nineteenth different butterfly of the year, although only about half those have made it to blip so far. This is almost like a gold medal quest. Let's see if we can reach twenty.

Now we just need to pack, settle down for the Olympics closing ceremony, sleep, go on a long train journey...
